We strive to fulfill all orders promptly and accurately. If any issues arise with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Prices may change over time, but we aim to keep them fair and transparent. Payment is required at the time of order, and we accept all payment methods listed at checkout. 4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 business days. We send all parcels with Royal Mail 48 hour tracked, however, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the performance of the courier services. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Gift Corner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our items, returns are only accepted if the items arrive damaged or incorrect. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence.
For “Blind Date with a Book,” returns based on personal preference are not accepted, as the element of surprise is a key feature. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
When eligible, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
