The Gift Corner – Refund/Return Policy
Thank you for choosing The Gift Corner! We're dedicated to ensuring you're delighted with your unique purchase.
Returns –
Given the personalised nature of our items, we can only accept returns if they arrive damaged or if the contents significantly deviate from your original order. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any issues. Photographic evidence will be requested for any damage.
If an order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, we will offer a replacement or a full/partial refund. Due to the bespoke nature of the items, we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind. Any modifications to orders must be requested before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.
Returns – Blind Date with a Book
"Blind Date with a Book" is all about the thrill of the unknown! As the book is a surprise, we cannot accept returns based on personal preference. We do include ways to avoid receiving duplicates with instructions at the end of each listing (link to good reads, pictures/list of books). We also accept book preferences if written via the notes section during check-out. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photographic evidence, and we will happily send a replacement or provide a full refund.
Please note:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
For approved returns due to damage or errors, we will cover the return shipping costs.
