Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

For orders within the UK, we ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery.

International Delivery 

For orders outside of the uk, buyers may be subject to customs/import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey until it arrives at your door.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, The Gift Corner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thegiftcorner0@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and, if applicable, photo evidence of any damage for faster assistance.
