International Shipping Information

We're pleased to offer international shipping to select regions, (excluding the countries within the EU). Please review the following important information before placing your international order:

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

IMPORTANT: Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.

Import fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority based on the declared value of your shipment. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates and regulations.

Delivery Times

International delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing. Please allow additional time for customs clearance in your country.

EU shipping

Due to new shipping rules introduced from 1st July 2026, we are currently unable to ship to any countries within the European Union. 

These new regulations mean we now have to pay extra fees for every different item included in a parcel, along with additional handling and customs costs.

Rather than passing these extra charges on to our customers, we've made the difficult decision to pause EU shipping for now.
